Authors GUIDELINE

The recorded files can be uploaded to a file storage service like Google Drive, or it can be sent to through wetransfer tool
Poster Presentation:
The posters should be informative, clear and attractive with introduction, objectives, materials and methods, results and discussion, conclusion/recommendations and references. Technical specification:
1920 pixels by 1080 pixels (an aspect ratio of 16 x 9), save it either as a .jpg or .jpeg file or .png format at 100 ppi (pixels per inch)
Virtual presentations:
This virtual section will enable all the participants to have access to all virtual presentations during and after the event, considering the large number of participants from all countries who will be participating in IVCEIA2020 & IVCB&ES 2020.
1) Virtual authors can submit a Self-recorded Power Point presentation
2) These presentations will be uploaded in the conference website.
3) This virtual section will enable all participants to have access to all virtual presentations during and after the event.
Virtual Presentation Guidelines:
To prepare for the virtual conference, we ask you to submit a pre-recorded presentation (voice video over PowerPoint) in advance.
Each paper will be given 10 minutes (7 minutes for presentation + 3 minutes for Q&A).
At least one author must join the live virtual session to answer questions. Please carefully review the following guidelines and specifications before recording your presentation
The presentation recording Guidelines:
Video sholud be 7-minute in length and size should be less than 750mb
Set for HD format (1280 x 720 or other "720p" setting)
Use simple (Arial, Calibri) and large (30+) fonts
Avoid using hi-res images
Have NO embedded videos
Saved as MPEG-4 (.mp4) file using registered name of the author
Preparing and Uploading your Virtual Presentation (PPT)/Poster
There are several video conferencing tools available to easily record a presentation. In this method, you can show your face via webcam and display your slides as you talk. You can use any meeting software as long as you get a good quality recording and your final file is in the MP4 format.
